The icon stopped showing up on pages.›
Open the popup and check that Lens is enabled (Settings tab).
Some sites are added to your skip list. Settings > Skip domains.
If you just updated the extension, refresh the open tab. Lens will reattach.
I hit my daily limit. When does it reset?›
Quota resets at UTC midnight every day.
You can see exactly how many you have left in the extension popup and on every result card.
My key was revoked. Why?›
Lens revokes keys that show automated-abuse patterns (for example, draining the full quota the moment it resets, every day).
If that wasn't you, run activation again. You'll get a fresh key in about fifteen seconds.

How do I reactivate?›
Open the extension popup. If Lens needs reactivation, the popup will show a Reactivate button that takes you straight to the activation page.
Or visit /lens/activate directly while the extension is installed.
A verdict looks wrong. What do I do?›
Open the result card and expand "Raw details" to see the actual signals (MX host, SMTP code, SPF, DMARC). That usually explains the verdict.
Catch-all means the receiving server accepts every address at that domain, so we genuinely cannot tell from outside whether the specific person exists. That is not a bug, it is the honest answer.
If you still think the verdict is wrong, email support with the email address and what you expected.
Is Lens really free?›
Yes. 50 verifications a day, every day, anonymously, with no card on file.

How do I delete my data?›
Uninstall the extension to clear all locally stored data.
To purge logged verifications on the server, email [email protected]. We purge within 30 days.
